Darren Heil

Mr. Heil is a Co-Founder of Transform. He leads teams in the application of quantitative analytics to the areas of Finance, Operations and Human Resources. Mr. Heil works with C-Level executives to improve performance in the areas of market
valuation, risk management, performance measurement, transactional risk management, and organizational transformation. Prior to founding Transform, Mr. Heil’s experience includes Partner at DifEQ Consulting, Independent Consultant focused on asset management and quantitative risk management methods, Portfolio Manager and Investment Consultant for two major Wall Street money managers, and Co-Founder and Managing Director of a successful technology-focused hedge fund.

 

Mr. Heil earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Cornell University, a Master's Degree in Engineering Management with a concentration in Financial Engineering from Cornell University, and has held Series 7, 55 and 63 NASD licenses.  He is a Member of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce (MACOC) Board of Advisors and serves on both the MACOC Technology Marketing Council and the MACOC Economic Development Committee.
