The Client - a premier designer and manufacturer of engine components, parts and spares for customers in the aviation industry including GE Aircraft Engines, Rolls Royce, Pratt & Whitney and Boeing - was acquired in early 2004 by a private equity firm
With new customers and revenues projected to dramatically increase over the next few years, the client was challenged with positioning its current and future organization for profitable growth.
