Along with a cross-functional client team, Transform delivered the overall strategy and value modeling, solicited direct “Voice of the Customer” interviews/testing/feedback through on-site visits, and developed a Go-To-Market and implementation plan for a “tiered services model”
Results
The initiative resulted in both the penetration of the client’s existing Power-By-the-Hour customer base as well as new customer revenues by combining the “tiered services model” with its base product portfolio
