Transform Awarded Enterprise-wide Technology Integration Contract by International Cargo Airline

ATLANTA, GA (March 26, 2008) -- Atlanta-based consulting firm Transform announced Monday that it has been awarded a multi-year contract to lead the implementation of the leading MRO software at one of the world’s largest air cargo service companies. The initiative will fully integrate all MRO activities into one enterprise system while focusing on continuous process improvement through the application of Lean techniques.

John King, Founding Partner of Transform commented, “This integrated approach to software implementation and continuous process improvement will revolutionize the way in which the maintenance and engineering department of our client operates. We are looking forward to working closely with the client and the MRO software vendor to realize the full potential of this product while Leaning out core maintenance and engineering processes.”

The selected MRO software is designed as a complete solution and will operate over twenty functional areas including technical records, inventory planning and management, production control, accounting, line maintenance, and compliance.

 

 

Dale Boylston Joins Transform as Managing Partner - Healthcare

ATLANTA, GA (February 1, 2008) -- Atlanta-based consulting firm Transform said Monday it appointed former Greystone.Net Executive and Ernst & Young Partner Dale Boylston Managing Partner, Healthcare.  Boylston, most recently was executive vice president of Greystone.Net where he worked since 2000.  Chris Burger, Founding Partner of Transform, commented, "Dale's in-depth expertise in the healthcare sector and his proven track record of success will serve to accelerate the growth of Transform_Healthcare and help redefine the healthcare experience for our clients."

 

 

Transform Partner, Dale Boylston, Published In Marketing Health Services
Atlanta, GA (March 4, 2008) -- Dale Boylston, Managing Partner - Healthcare for Atlanta-based consulting firm Transform, has been published in the Spring 2008 edition of Marketing Health Services.  In the article “Back to the Future” [(Spring2008) Back to the Future: Marketing Health Services, 28, Issue 1, p38-40], Dale argues the importance of leveraging the web to create a powerful experience for consumers.
