Transform was officially formed in 2007 by key Partners of FocusIT Group, LLC - formed in 2001 as a Georgia Limited Liability Company - and DifEQ Consulting, LLLP - formed in 2004 as a Georgia Limited Liability Limited Partnership. The companies had been working together under a strategic partnership agreement since 2005.
