Mr. King serves on the NCR Advisory Board and the Board of Directors of the Atlanta OIC, and is a past member of the Rosenbluth Travel Advisory Board, the Software AG Advisory Board, and the LOTUS Advisory Board. He is also active on the technology curriculum advisory boards for a number of colleges and universities. Mr. King holds Bachelor of Science Degrees in both Aerospace Engineering and Biology from The Georgia Institute of Technology.

Mr. King is a Co-Founder of Transform. He is active in all aspects of management consulting including business strategy development, working with and developing senior client executives, information technology strategy and management, working with Chief Information Officers, and in the planning, coordination, and execution of large technology projects. His prior experience includes Partner at FocusIT Group, Vice President of Management Consulting for CommerceOne, Co-Founder of TransformIT (acquired by CommerceOne in 1999), and VP & CIO of Delta Air Lines.
