The Career Center at Emory University has invited Chris Burger - Founding Partner of Transform - to Participate in its Industry FOCUS Night as a Featured Panel Member
ATLANTA, GA (September 9, 2009) – Atlanta-based consulting firm Transform today announced that Chris Burger - Founding Partner of Transform - has been invited to participate as a featured panel member for The Career Center at Emory University's Industry FOCUS Night. The engagement will focus on the overall state of the consulting industry. The panel discussion will be presented on September 17th, 2009 from 5:30-7:30pm eastern in the Winship Ballroom, Dobbs University Center (The DUC) at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
As a Founding Partner of Transform, Mr. Burger works with clients to develop strategies for enterprise operational improvements, leads teams in the effective integration of process, technology and organization, and works with management teams to understand the “practical” application of statistical process improvement methods across all functions of business. His prior experience includes leadership roles at DifEQ Consulting, GE and Motorola in business development, operational excellence, marketing, engineering, information technology, and supply chain management. As an Emory Alumni, Mr. Burger earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Roberto C. Goizueta Business School and is a year-round mentor for both undergrad and graduate students through the alumni mentoring program.
Mr. Burger attended GE's Advanced Manager Program, is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Change Acceleration Process Facilitator, and holds additional certifications in Software Development Methodology and Program Management Methodology. He is a Member of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce (MACOC) Board of Advisors and serves on the MACOC Technology Marketing Council and Venture Atlanta.
